Meloneras, 14th March 2025 – Lopesan Group has recognised the culture of effort demonstrated by 260 employees, from teams working in the company's hotels in Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura, with a financial bonus that rewards their commitment and dedication over the past year.
The selection process for the recipients from the Tourism Division involved numerous factors, all linked to the performance evaluation of tasks associated with each role. This assessment was carried out by department heads in the first instance, and by the directors of each property in a second and final phase.
One of the objectives of the 'Premios Cantera' (Quarry Awards) is to encourage all Lopesan Group employees to strive for their best and achieve a positive evaluation that will allow them to aspire to this bonus in future editions.
The rewards, personally presented by the directors of each establishment, are part of the Evoción programme, an initiative driven by Lopesan Group to evolve and enrich the work experience of its employees.
The Emotion of Evolution
Social dynamism, included in the Lopesan for Good guarantee seal, is one of the key pillars of Lopesan Group's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Strategic Plan. The Evoción project was born with the idea of responding to the needs highlighted by the employees themselves, through various listening processes, and shaping a programme of actions that complement those already underway in labour matters.
