Our gourmet chef, Ronald Behrens has won numerous awards for his culinary skills. His dishes are a perfect combination of lightness and creativity, which result in flavours that will win you over from the first bite. His food offers a wide range of personal concoctions that you can sample in the restaurant. A carefully chosen selection of local product and other foods are brought together in harmony as part of the varied menu on offer in the restaurant at the IFA Alpenhof Wildental Hotel. Enjoy our food as part of the “Wildental all inclusive”, which includes all the main meals of the day and soft drinks.
In the morning there is a complete breakfast buffet with organic produces and hot food to give you the energy you need for a day’s activity in the mountains. It is open from 8am. If you fancy a lie-in, don’t worry, the buffet restaurant stays open until 10:30am.
At midday you can sample the dishes that the chef has cooked up for lunch. Open from noon to 2pm, the restaurant at the IFA Alpenhof Wildental Hotel offers a wide range of delicious fresh salads, nourishing soups and tasty hot food. Later in the afternoon you can have coffee and tea with a selection of cake that we supply for you. Remember that all soft drinks are provided at no additional cost at the hotel.
In the lobby you’ll find our special Wildental spring water. This is water that has been enriched with 40-60 milligrams of oxygen per litre, which makes it a unique product with huge benefits for the body.
