LS Invest AG is a company based in Germany that works in the tourism sector. The Company divides its commercial activities into the three Hotels areas, including hotels and holiday apartments; Health, which includes offers of sports, welfare, beauty and rehabilitation; and Miscellaneous, which includes golf courses and travel agencies. The Company operates hotels and holiday apartments in tourist places such as the Baltic coast in Germany, Gran Canaria in Spain, the Kleinwalsertal valley in northwest Austria and the Costa Brava in the Dominican Republic. The company works in close cooperation with the main travel agencies and tour operators in Germany and Europe.

Entry into the Italian market. Acquisition of the Terme di Galzignano resort comprising four hotels within a total area of 300,000 square metres, close to Abano.

Arrival of new majority shareholder. The Lopesan Group, by means of its subsidiary Creativ Hotel Buenaventura S.A., acquires a majority shareholding in IFA with 50.1%.

Expansion within the Caribbean market Management of the IFA Beach Resort Nessebar Sale of the Hotel IFA Lloret on the Costa Brava Renovation of the Alpenhof Wildental hotel Purchase of the hotel resort Villas Bávaro, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, with a capacity of 652 rooms. IFA assumes the management of the IFA Beach Resort Nessebar, beginning with the Hotels Bay and Mare, with a total capacity of 621 rooms. Enlargement of the resort to 939 rooms in 2005. Sale of the IFA Hotel Lloret as a measure included in the reorganisation of the portfolio. The IFA Wellnesshotel Alpenhof Wildental experiences a complete renovation in November and December 2004, including the creation of a large wellness, fitness and health area.

Renovation of the IFA Hotel Faro, Gran Canaria. After nine months of work, the IFA Hotel Faro is completely renovated with the corresponding increase in its value.

2006

Signing of a management contract in relation to the IFA Hafendorf Rheinsberg Resort & Wellness The IFA Hafendorf Rheinsberg Resort & Wellness will be opened in 2007 in the lake plateau of Mecklenburg, with a hotel capacity of 150 rooms as well as 12 “island-suites”. The number of beds of IFA in Germany now reaches 4,100 in the mid term.

In nine month complete renovation and modernization of Ifa Graal-Müritz Hotel****. At the same time complete modernization of Ifa Villas Bávaro Resort**** in the Dominican Republic.
Agreement for the end of the year to cancel the management contract of IFA Nessebar Beach Hotel**** and to abandon the Bulgarian market.
