The project aims to improve the quality of life of its employees, both at work and in their personal lives. The two essential areas of Lopesan Vita focus on awareness and sensitization of its employees, as well as the possibility of requesting a personalized accompaniment that is adapted to each collaborator. The pilot phase of the program has been developed at the Corallium Beach by Lopesan Hotels hotel, while the second stage has been launched at the Hotel Faro, a Lopesan Collection Hotel. The challenge for Lopesan Vita is to implement the project in all Lopesan Group hotels.

Meloneras, 16th April 2025 – The well-being of Lopesan Hotel Group employees has always been a priority for the company, as the quality of services offered to its guests is closely linked to the trust and dedication shown by its collaborators in their various tasks. With the aim of promoting the holistic satisfaction and the emotional, physical, collective, and financial health of every individual within the Group's structure, Lopesan Vita has been launched. This ambitious initiative's mission is to create a balanced organisational culture where every employee feels supported and motivated.
The project is designed to enhance the quality of life for its employees, both professionally and personally. This objective is underpinned by fundamental values such as transparency, rigour, honesty, and a non-conformist attitude, which seeks to foster the ability to create an environment of trust and growth.
The strategy for Lopesan Vita addresses two essential areas: on one hand, it focuses on raising awareness and educating its employees, while on the other, it offers the possibility of requesting personalised support tailored to each specific case. The first phase of this is realised through informative campaigns, healthy challenges, and training in various areas of well-being, via an innovative points and rewards system that encourages active participation, allowing collaborators to redeem their achievements for benefits such as days off, gift cards, or experiences at Om Spa & Thalasso by Lopesan centres.
Furthermore, the personalised support, provided in collaboration with QReady, offers continuous assistance to employees, particularly in delicate health situations. This assistance includes expediting medical appointments, contacting specialists, and access to psychological services in cases of long-term work absences. This phase holds significant importance within the Lopesan Vita strategy and demonstrates Lopesan Group's commitment to creating tools that guarantee the stability of each individual within the various work teams.
The Pillars of Lopesan Vita
The pilot phase of Lopesan Vita was developed at the Corallium Beach by Lopesan Hotels, achieving significant success thanks to the excellent reception from employees. The staff at this hotel were the first to discover the essence of a project based on four fundamental pillars: mental health (VitalPsic), which promotes emotional well-being and resilience; physical health (VitalFit), which encourages healthy eating, exercise, and positive lifestyle habits; collective health (VitalCon), which fosters connection among collaborators, work-life balance, and solidarity; and financial health (VitalCash), which offers tools and resources to achieve economic goals and ensure a promising future.
After collecting data from the initial stage of the programme, Lopesan Vita has moved to Hotel Faro, a Lopesan Collection Hotel, where it has progressed towards customising the project. This has involved designing awareness campaigns such as "Sugar Free" and "Eating Habits," focused on nutrition, as well as organising outdoor activities in natural environments and creating an effective communication platform.
Although Lopesan Vita is currently in a pilot phase, all collaborators working for Lopesan Hotel Group are direct beneficiaries of Lopesan Vita, as the project's ultimate goal is to expand to all the company's hotels. In this sense, dynamism is one of the programme's notable qualities, allowing it to be in continuous development and evolve through comprehensive analysis, enabling the implementation of effective strategies adapted to the needs of each employee group.
To ensure productive communication, Lopesan Vita utilises various channels, including personalised posters, internal communiqués, annual newsletters, and a dedicated digital portal, which integrates awareness campaigns addressing key topics such as reducing sugar consumption and promoting healthy eating based on salads and fruits.
The promotion of physical activities is another substantial aspect of the programme, driving the organisation of yoga sessions on the beach and hiking excursions, such as those undertaken to Barranco de los Cernícalos and Caldera de Bandama. These activities have been very well received by the employees at the centres where they have been held, helping to strengthen the physical, mental, and collective well-being of the participants.
