The Om Spa, located at Lopesan Costa Meloneras, offers its clients 3500 sqm which include the extraordinary "Spa Experience" circuit. This is made up of attractive treatments that use different temperatures of natural water that are specifically designed to encourage the elimination of toxins, to promote relaxation and harmony and to strengthen the cardiovascular and immune systems.

Frequently asked questions and Recommendations for Use

  • The Spa and Thalasso centres are open from 11:00 to 19:00, Monday to Sunday.
  • Previous booking is required to access the Spa and Thalasso circuits.
  • Our Spa/ Thalasso staff will be pleased to guide you and inform you about the circuit and our different treatments.
  • Persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter the Spa/ Thalasso facilities; except on Sundays when our Spa/ Thalasso facilities may be used by children over 12 years of age, accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Our Spa/ Thalasso Experience Circuit does not include the use of the hotel pools.
  • Your 4 hours Spa Experience Circuit / 3 hours Thalasso Experience Circuit ticket entitles you to stay in the facilities during a maximum and continuous time of 4 hours/ 3 hours, but this time span may not be fractionated.
  • We recommend not bringing valuable objects to the facilities. In case of loss or damage the Spa/ Thalasso centre may not be held responsible.
  • Please have your locker key attached to your wrist at all times.
  • During your visit you will have at your disposal toilets, showers with soap, drinking water, hairdryer and shower caps. Please contact our staff to request these.
  • It is required to wear bathing suit or complete bikini, as well as slippers or shoes of slip-resistant rubber to walk around the facilities, as well as to use a towel inside the sauna.
  • It is required to shower before using our steam baths and pools.
  • The use of mobile phones, photo or video cameras is not allowed.
  • It is not allowed to enter the Spa/ Thalasso facilities with food and/or drinks.
  • Please contact our staff in case of any physical incompatibility, allergy or pathology which could be harmful for your health.
  • We do not recommend pregnant women to use our Spa/ Thalasso Experience Circuit.
  • We recommend our costumers not to open their eyes when using our floatation pool, due to the high content of salt.
  • We kindly ask you to come 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, the time of your treatment will be reduced.
  • Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged if treatments are not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be swapped and they are not compatible with other promotions.
  • Please remember that these facilities are designed for relaxation, so please keep silence.
  • Claim forms may be requested at the reception desk.
Our entire staff is at your service to recommend the appropriate massage or package to you according to your needs and preferences. Please do not forget that you have to make an appointment.
Before you make an appointment please inform our staff if you suffer from diabetes, high or low blood pressure, heart diseases, allergies, if you are pregnant, had a recent operation or if you are taking medication. We recommend asking your doctor before visiting us.
For security reasons you have to be at least 18 years old.
To feel comfortable and to be able to relax we recommend arriving to the facilities at least 15 minutes before the appointment. If you are late your level of relaxation and the treatment’s effectiveness will be reduced since your massage has to end at the booked time so that the next client will not have to wait. The entire amount for the treatment will be invoiced.
We will offer our clients disposable slips. During the Spa Experience circuit you are asked to wear bathing clothes and please wear the appropriate clothing and shoes when you use our fitness facilities.
Please remember that your cancellation has to be received at least 24 hours before the time of your appointment. In case we do not receive your cancellation on time we will have to charge you for 100% of the treatment’s price even if you have not had it.
We recommend leaving all valuable objects inside the safe of your hotel room. We will give you a locker to keep your personal things, but our Spa will not be responsible in case of loss or theft.
1. During the massage your body will be covered. Please inform the therapist if there is a massage technique that does not please you.

2. Please tell your therapist if room temperature, music or pressure is not pleasing you while getting your massage. We would like you to feel as comfortable as possible.

3. Please inform your therapist about any health circumstances, such as colds, skin eruptions, allergies, etc. and show him problematic points, such as injuries, contractures, etc.

4. Close your eyes, relax and try to breathe slowly and deeply.
1. We will offer you: a robe, a towel and slippers (Please do not forget to give these things back before you leave, if not we will have to charge you for them.) We also put at your disposal changing rooms, lockers and showers.

2. We recommend drinking water frequently in order to keep your body hydrated.

3. Please follow our staff’s recommendations. We are at your service!

4. Please help us to maintain the ambience of calmness and tranquillity in our facilities so that all our clients may enjoy their visit as much as possible.

Massage therapy techniques applied in the Akkinson and Deep Tissue massage can cause muscle discomfort / isolated bruising. In case of booking Thai massage is necessary to communicate if you suffer trauma pathology.
